Portfolio > Shifting Terrain

Shifting Terrain builds a visual vocabulary based on organic structures. Informing much of this work is studying cross-sections of trees, root systems, and rock formations, and glimpsed in these complex forms a hidden geometry. The resulting drawings, paintings, and collages are portals into a micro-lanscape, made visible by being still and paying attention to the landscape.
